To book one of our caravans please fill in our booking form with all your details and the dates you are wishing to go. We will email you to confirm your booking shortly by either telephone or email. You do not have to make a payment now we will email you with payment details and send you a confirmation booking from to sign and return to us.

Please note: All arrival times are 4pm unless you choose to have express check in below or states otherwise on the caravan descriptions:

We cannot accept bookings from all female or all male parties or groups under the age of 21.

Terms and Conditions

1. We regret that we are unable to accept bookings from: -

a) Groups of persons of all one sex. b) Groups under 21 years of age.

2. Check out: In order for us to check the caravans, departures must be made before 10:00am on the day of departure. We expect you to leave the caravan clean and tidy.

3. Pets: Pets are allowed to stay in selected caravans at an extra charge and only 2. They must not be left in the caravan for hours and not allowed to bark constantly causing a nuisance.  If any damage or accidents occur you are expected to pay for the repair.

4.  Unforeseen Circumstances: Should the caravan become unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control a refund of all money received will be given. Alternative accommodation would be sought and if acceptable to the hirer this could be accepted as an alternative.

5. You agree to pay the balance due not less than 8 weeks prior to your arrival date otherwise the holiday will be re-advertised and you will forfeit your deposit.

6. You will not be asked for a security deposit, but you must agree to pay for any damage, accidental, wilful or through neglect, caused to the caravan or its contents, including loss, caused by yourself or any member of my party. This does not include failure due to normal use. Any problems in your caravan must be notified to us on the day of your arrival.

7.Smoking: All our caravans are Non smoking and anyone caught smoking inside the caravans will terminate their holiday. And will be billed for a deep clean of the caravan. Please smoke outside and use the sand buckets.

8. Insurance: It is recommended that you purchase some form of Holiday Insurance from your local broker to cover your personal luggage, personal money, holiday cancellation/curtailment, personal and public liability etc. This type of cover is fairly standard and not too costly.

9. Children: Supervision of young children is strongly recommended during the use of Play Facilities and in the Swimming Pool area. Children under 8 years of age and those that cannot swim will not be permitted in the Swimming Pool unless supervised by an adult

10. Park Rules: Park Rules are displayed on Park. Please ensure that you and your party comply with these. Haven reserve the right to terminate a holiday without compensation, where the unreasonable behaviour of the persons named on the booking form or their guests might impair the enjoyment, comfort or health of other guests.   Only the people listed on the booking form can occupy your accommodation and use the facilities of the park.   If this legal requirement is not met your booking will be terminated and you will be asked to leave with no refund made.

11. Cancellation of your Holiday: If you have to cancel your holiday, you must notify us in writing. The date of cancellation is the day when we receive written notification. In the event of cancellation, a sliding scale of charges applies as laid out below. If you cancel more than 56 days (eight weeks) before your start date, then your deposit will be forfeit. If you cancel within 56 days (eight weeks) you will be liable for the following percentages of the total Holiday cost:

• Cancel 56-42 days before holiday start date: 50% 

• Cancel 41-21 days before holiday start date: 75% 

• Cancel 20-day of arrival or later 100% 

12. Bedding: We supply duvets and pillows.  Guests are expected to provide their own sheets, duvet covers and pillowcases unless otherwise stated on the caravan advert page.  If you are unsure please ask. You can hire from us for an extra charge.

13. Facilities: As we do not own the park we do not take responsibility for any alteration to the facilities listed.

14. Changes: Should the situation arise that you wish to change your holiday booking/caravan (subject to availability) or to add extra members to your party an administration charge of £15 will be required.

15. Conditions - In the case of any dispute our decision is final. We are private owners and can choose not to take any booking.

16. The booking is not confirmed until we agree to your booking request and send you confirmation.
